Religion and science

This is an article in which I have researched about “relation or difference between science and tradition.”
NOTE: THIS ARTICLE IS NOT WRITTEN TO HARM ANY CULTURE OR RELIGIOUS PRACTICES.
1. Fact about 3 AM

Religion:-
3 AM …. When you hear this, what do you think of? Of course, evil power….right? 3 am is considered “the devil’s hour”. According to religions, it is said that demon / devil who lead us to hell is at his strongest during this hour. It is also believed that Jesus was crucified at 3 pm so the demons are weak at pm and strongest at 3 am. In a way, all cultures, religions and scriptures have instilled a sense of fear when it comes to 3 am. As we have heard all this, when we wake at this point we feel scared and as if someone is behind us ….breathing.

Science:-
According to science, most of us are in our REM (rapid eye movement) cycle during this hour of night. Our body is completely relaxed at this point. So, if we wake suddenly at 3 am, we are bound to feel a little jittery. It can also cause psychological simulation so we can feel zoned out, cranky or sweaty (and it is perfectly normal). Sometimes we can even feel a chill in our body that is because our body temperature is not well –regulated during REM.
2. Fact about menstruation

Religion:-

All religion states that during menstruation the woman should be banned from touching pickles,
Going to temples , touching males, etc ,etc. It is said that menstruating women are impure and that if they touch pickles, it will get rotted, if they go to temple, they will be cursed from god and likewise.

Science:-
It’s not that everything the religion or tradition says is wrong. Our ancestors were wise, so they started the rituals of menstruation. But, by the passing of time people misinterpreted it . According to science, all the bans are necessary. This is due to the excessive production of heat and energy during menstruation. When the pickles are touched by a menstruating woman then, it gets rotted due to the flow of heat. In temples also there are energies but balanced ones. So if, a woman who is menstruating enters the temple, the energy is unbalanced, due to which, it is believed the structure can behave abnormally.
